OWN YOUR OWN HOME!

Getting started is a breeze! Please drive by the homes you are interested in. You’ll want to make sure that you like the street, neighborhood, and exterior of the home first.  All potential residents in the home over the age of eighteen must submit an application.   All fields are required and an incomplete application could result in processing delays. We only review fully completed applications.  Once your application is accepted and you are pre-qualified, we can then schedule a time to show the home for you in person  Approval is very easy, even if you have little  to no, or damaged credit.  Please understand it is our policy that we only show our homes to pre-approved applicants.
